Job Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing transactions, including reputed company processing, reputed company deposits, and budget transfers, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
- Working member cases and sports assigned, following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
- Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
