We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues and concerns, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a reputed company and friendly manner

• Maintaining and updating customer records based on interactions
