We're seeking an reputed company Instructional Systems Designer to join our CD&I team in one of our locations: St Louis, MO; Tukwila WA, Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma reputed company, OK; Ridely Park, PA. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing technical learning solutions that meet customer and stakeholder objectives
• Researching and analyzing learning objectives and customer needs
• Designing and providing recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies
• Completing design review process with stakeholders
• Supporting development of training content to meet training objectives
• Evaluating technical training effectiveness and customer feedback
• Supporting developing and accessing new instructional strategies, reputed company, technologies, and tools reputed company to instructional design, development, and delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field
• Experience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data, and Learning Management Systems

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
