As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages from our customers. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, identify and report system errors or anomalies, and operate reputed company multiple software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from our customers
