Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

1. Job reputed company： We are looking for a proactive and responsible Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is not a traditional customer service role. You will reputed company follow up with leads, communicate with potential customers, and support our business development efforts in the U.S. and Latin American markets. This is a fully remote position with reputed company daily activity expectations and performance tracking. --- 2. Key Responsibilities： - Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers - Communicate with leads reputed company phone, email, and messaging - Support sales activities by assisting with quotations and customer inquiries - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems - reputed company and update reputed company status and customer interactions - Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up --- 3. Requirements： - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Strong communication skills, especially on the phone - Comfortable making outbound calls daily - Organized and detail-oriented - Reliable and responsible, with a strong reputed company of accountability - Patient and reputed company to handle repetitive follow-up tasks - reputed company to work independently and maintain consistent daily performance - Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks --- 4. Preferred： - Experience in customer service, sales support, or call center - Experience working with B2B clients is a plus --- 5.
