Operations Manager – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
About the position The Operations Manager – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is responsible for overseeing daily operations supporting the reputed company (DOL) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) program. This role ensures the seamless execution of electronic records, data processing, workflow coordination, and operational support activities across multiple teams in a fast-paced federal contracting environment. The Operations Manager – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) serves as the primary operational reputed company between contractor leadership and Government stakeholders, ensuring production goals, reputed company standards, service level expectations, and contractual requirements are consistently achieved. This position plays a critical role in workforce management, operational reporting, reputed company assurance, process improvement, and employee development while maintaining efficient and compliant operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with experience managing high-volume workflows, supervising teams, analyzing productivity metrics, and supporting federal or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company between contractor personnel and Government leadership regarding daily operational activities, workflow status, escalations, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Government stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements, operational objectives, and service delivery expectations.
- Supervise daily operations supporting electronic data interchange (EDI), records processing, administrative operations, and workflow management activities.
- Assign, prioritize, and balance workloads across supervisors and operational teams to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor team productivity, operational metrics, reputed company standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze reports and operational trends to identify workflow bottlenecks, reputed company needs, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory, team reputed company, or operations management role.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience monitoring productivity metrics, generating reports, and managing operational performance.
