Proactively manages reputed company claims for reputed company Entity reputed company Liability claims, School reputed company Liability and other speciality claims in accordance with Company claim policies, practices and procedures reputed company delegated authority. Responsibilities
- Effectively evaluates and resolves coverage issues for reputed company Entity, School reputed company and Volunteer Emergency Services claims in order to maintain the highest reputed company customer service and technical standards, in a reputed company fashion and that reputed company deadlines are met.
- Investigate claims through telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, agents, witnesses and others having pertinent information.
- Effectively and reputed company present claims and claim trends to Claim and reputed company Leadership to include discussion of coverage, liability assessment and ultimate exposure to the insured and company.
- reputed company analyze information in order to effectively evaluate assigned claims to determine ultimate exposure to the insured and company.
- Effectively evaluate, negotiate and resolve claims reputed company delegated authority utilizing the appropriate denials or releases.
- Effectively analyze claim in conjunction with policy to assess coverage availability and prepare appropriate coverage letters explaining coverage position to insureds/agents.
- Report on reputed company cases reputed company to trial on a reputed company reputed company and attend portions of trials reputed company warranted or requested by management.
- Ensure reputed company referrals and reputed company updates to appropriate Reinsurer(s).
- Plans, reviews and conducts claims reviews and settlement conferences. Mediates complaints and disputes regarding claim reputed company.
- Must be reputed company to drive an automobile to travel reputed company territory. Car travel represents approximately 0-10% of employee's time and a valid reputed company's license.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Requirements
- Ability to properly address exposure and reputed company files and expenses
- Ability to analyze claims presented, reputed company complaints, litigation reports and trend analysis to identify issues;
- Experience in reputed company coverage analysis and significant large loss evaluations;
- Superior communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Moderate proficiency with reputed company business-reputed company software (including reputed company Outlook, Work reputed company, and PowerPoint);
- Sufficient keyboarding proficiency to reputed company data accurately and reputed company; and
- Must have valid state-issued reputed company's license in good standing and be reputed company to drive an automobile.
Education and Experience
- College degree required. Law degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ Casualty claims handling experience.
- Experience handling reputed company Entity reputed company Liability, Police reputed company Liability and Employment reputed company Liability claims required;
