About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company EHR Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of reputed company systems during and after reputed company transformation initiatives. This role serves as a critical reputed company between clinical workflows and the reputed company environment, ensuring systems are reputed company, efficient, and support high-reputed company patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure reputed company modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Orders, MyChart, reputed company, reputed company) to reputed company with clinical workflows
  • reputed company and maintain reputed company build documentation, including configuration specs, testing protocols, and change logs
  • reputed company system, integration, and user acceptance testing for configuration updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company application issues, escalating to reputed company technical services reputed company needed
  • Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization efforts
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Reporting Workbench, reputed company, or Crystal Reports
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into system configurations
  • Manage system maintenance, including version upgrades and routine updates
  • Partner with training teams to support end-user enablement and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use) reputed company system configurations

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of reputed company EHR administration experience

  • Experience supporting reputed company implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts

  • Knowledge of reputed company regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
