The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper, coordinator, and strategic support partner. This position is ideal for a seasoned reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. The role involves regular coordination across multiple time zones and occasional international travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage a reputed company, reputed company-changing calendar across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings with reputed company stakeholders
- Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-reputed company
- reputed company priorities, reputed company items, and key deadlines
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation

- Coordinate travel documentation and logistics

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, reputed company, or senior executive
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
