Not adjacent experience. Not a background in traditional fintech with a recent interest in digital assets. You have sat across the table from compliance and risk teams at regulated institutions and navigated their concerns about crypto infrastructure. You know what tokenisation means operationally — and you can explain it credibly to a COO at a custodian bank or a portfolio manager at a macro fund.
