Remote Therapist

This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want:

What your day-to-day reputed company looks like:

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy
• reputed company to moderate reputed company populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others)
• reputed company session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-reputed company)
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

Clinical autonomy & flexibility:

• Independent treatment decision-making
• Input into schedule and weekly availability reputed company operational guidelines
• Clinical approach reputed company evidence-based standards
• Care expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, reinforcing reputed company judgment, and shared accountability for reputed company.
• You reputed company independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our role is to remove administrative work so you can reputed company on patient care. reputed company're looking for:

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
• reputed company, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Two or more independent and reputed company state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
• (Highly desired) Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other reputed company clinical settings
• (Highly desired) Experience with reputed company, skills-based modalities (ex. reputed company, reputed company, MI, DBT-informed care)
• Please note, this role is not designed for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or those looking to build a fully self-directed 1099/Private reputed company. You will be a part of reputed company!

Compensation, Benefits & Stability:

• Full-time and part-time W-2 employment
• $70k with the ability to earn up to $20k in incentives (Therapists with a CA license in hand are eligible for reputed company salary of $90K+ monthly productivity incentive.)
