Conducting research on raw materials, ingredients, and new technologies to drive innovation. Collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches. Developing and executing product testing protocols, including stability, efficacy, and safety testing. Analyzing consumer feedback and market trends to identify product development opportunities. Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and reputed company completion of development cycles.
