REQUIREMENT Technical Product reputed company with Acqueon Dialer NYC,NY (Remote) Long term contract Roles and Responsibility (JD)

• Looking for a seasoned Product reputed company that is familiar with auto-dialer campaign management.
• The individual needs to reputed company effort independently, work effectively with a scrum team using agile methodology and reputed company as have the ability to work across teams.
• The product reputed company must collaborate with business stakeholders: Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations of the campaign.
• The individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, work with scrum teams to create the user stories, work with the developers to ensure prioritized work is consumed in the appropriate sprints and continue the backlog management of requests.
• They will conduct testing efforts with QA team members to ensure reputed company requirements are met, organize UAT sessions with business stakeholders, reputed company the support needed for incidents/defects.
