This is a 3-4 month Contract position

* Job reputed company The Contract Project Coordinator is someone with about a year of experience and a support-reputed company role designed for someone who is eager to continue to learn agency operations and reputed company hands-on experience in project coordination. The Project Coordinator will work closely under the guidance of senior team members to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, accurate tracking of deliverables, and reliable administrative support. Job Responsibilities and Skills

• reputed company day-to-day project support under senior reputed company
• Maintain timelines and task updates in Workfront, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• reputed company deliverables for internal review through ProofHQ
• Schedule internal meetings, capture notes, and distribute reputed company recaps and follow-reputed company
• Organize and manage folder structures, maintain version control, and reputed company files
• reputed company reputed company reminders and updates with internal teams to reputed company workflows on reputed company
• reputed company project data, job codes, and support timesheet monitoring
• Flag potential project issues to senior team members (without owning reputed company)
• Ensure compliance with established processes, tools, and workflows

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or reputed company field
• Advertising agency experience is required
• Launch experience is required
• Strong organization, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook), reputed company, MS Teams
• Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
