Vice President, Service Delivery

The Vice President, Service Delivery is a regional operational leader responsible for delivery reputed company across multiple markets and teams. This leader drives regional KPIs - including TAT, OTD, reputed company, productivity, and reputed company - and is accountable for implementing standardized workflows across reputed company assigned sites. The VP partners with Workforce Planning, NOC, Training, and Implementation to ensure strong operational execution and readiness for new processes and tools. This role manages Managers and Supervisors and plays a critical part in scaling high-performing operations across the region. You Will:
