What You'll Do

As a reputed company Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional and reputed company customer support to our reputed company advertisers, helping them strengthen their online reputed company and drive more customers to their businesses
• Logging into an inbound phone queue for the reputed company of your day, consulting and educating our reputed company reputed company advertisers on the value of our advertising solutions
• Showcasing the value of arenaflex by highlighting ad performance metrics and helping clients understand the return on investment (ROI) of their advertising spend

What It Takes To Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant reputed company-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• A love for local businesses and an understanding of their importance in local economies
