As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, resolving questions and complaints concerning their accounts. You'll utilize your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet the needs of our clients' customers and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, identifying customer needs, and resolving complaints and difficult situations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (average of 40-50 calls per day)

• Respond to reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations
• Process required transactions reputed company web-based applications
• Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of reputed company and reputed company programs, policies, and technology
• Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge with computer and reputed company personal computer applications
• Must be reputed company to successfully pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company clearance (fingerprints)
