As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. You'll be responsible for processing service requests, answering questions regarding policy details, and working to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
- Collaborate with the leadership team to reputed company and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
* Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Experience working in the insurance industry or a reputed company field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* reputed company wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
