The Role

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
• Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in written correspondence
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring seamless reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a reputed company and concise manner

Essential Qualifications
