Responsibilities

As a Lockbox Processor (Government) – Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting remittances based on reputed company operating procedures and established policies and procedures.
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and reputed company are available to complete transactions.
• Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable.
• Providing feedback on workflow and work received.
