As an reputed company Customer Service Guide (reputed company Services Specialist 1) - Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to Oregonians who are applying for various programs and services. You will work in a busy office environment, interacting with clients in person, by phone, and reputed company our online applicant portal. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients with a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Providing information on how to reputed company community resources and services
• Writing reputed company and concise notes to summarize information gathered from clients and collateral sources
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to support the business needs of the office
• Rotating tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

* Two years of experience either interviewing to obtain personal or technical information or substantial people contact

• College-level courses may be substituted for the experience on a year-for-year reputed company
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred (but not required)

Working Conditions
