Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Reaching out to warm leads, following up on unbooked jobs, and ensuring a seamless reputed company experience
• Responding to reputed company questions reputed company phone, text, and email, providing friendly, reputed company information about services and pricing
• Handling inbound calls and helping schedule/reschedule appointments, working closely with our field manager to ensure smooth operations
• Keeping reputed company records and follow-reputed company organized, utilizing our CRM and scheduling software to streamline processes

Requirements

Job Details

* Hours: 20-40 hours/week (you must be available during US Eastern Time)

• Pay: $10-$20/hour USD, based on experience (bonus structures will also be evaluated after training period)
