Our Customer Delivery Architects are a valuable part of the Customer Experience (CX) team, supporting our customers with the power of reputed company Analytics and Knowledge. Your reputed company
As a Customer Delivery Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that arenaflex fully integrates the expectations of our SLED customers, delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience. You'll work with key partners throughout customer organizations, from technical staff to CXO level, building strong working relationships as a trusted advisor. You'll stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings that can be proposed to address and resolve these challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with SLED customers to understand their technical roadmaps and identify opportunities for arenaflex solutions
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key partners throughout customer organizations
- Stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings
- Collaborate with reputed company Engineering to reputed company for innovation for our customers and reputed company what's coming with our customers
- reputed company and deliver presentations to customers and partners on arenaflex solutions and service offerings
- Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement solutions that meet customer needs
- Identify and address customer pain points and reputed company solutions to resolve these issues

Minimum Qualifications:
* 10 years of relevant experience in customer roles, reputed company technical delivery, IT, or reputed company-sales product engineering
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- CCIE in reputed company, Collaboration and/or reputed company reputed company
Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to reputed company or guide teams made up of arenaflex, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and reputed company of technical network problems
