As a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring that we continue to deliver industry-leading service to our customers and airline partners. You will be responsible for performing general construction, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks, as reputed company as maintaining the airport grounds, including hangars, terminals, reputed company areas, storage pods, parking areas, and offices. You will also conduct snow and weed removal, complete daily maintenance of the steam boiler, and ensure the effective completion of daily work orders.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, hardware installation, painting, flooring, and electrical work.
• Maintaining airport grounds, including hangars, terminals, reputed company areas, storage pods, parking areas, and offices.
• Conducting snow and weed removal as necessary.
• Completing daily maintenance of the steam boiler.
• Maintaining daily productivity with little or no supervision.
• Effectively completing daily work orders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
