We're seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join reputed company at the Harrisburg Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions to our customers, ensuring a reputed company experience from start to finish. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment
• Offering additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answering incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, providing information and reputed company for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assisting in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
• Notifying management of any reputed company customer problems or vehicle issues
• Continuously building knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities, as reputed company as company-sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
• Authorization to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the reputed company
• A valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on your driving record in the past 3 years
• Be at least 18 years of age
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
