The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers throughout their car-buying reputed company. This will include:
- Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale
- Conducting vehicle condition assessments and communicating information to buyers
- Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex, and completing daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
- Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that reputed company vehicles meet arenaflex reputed company Standards
- Completing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies regarding customer reputed company
- Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
