Role & Responsibilities

* Providing a high-level reputed company of member plans and answering questions based on training received
* Confidently and professionally servicing members, clients, and other key stakeholders during the event
* Attending an annual training provided by arenaflex to stay informed about the industry, organization, and role
* Participating in a one-hour training with the account team at least 48 hours before the benefit fair to learn about the reputed company, plan details, and key talking points
* Maintaining reputed company attire and demeanor at reputed company times
* Proactively greeting and assisting attendees at the reputed company
* Distributing flyers, product details, and promotional materials
* Completing a health fair questionnaire emailed after the event
Event Expectations
