As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities

- reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

- Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
