We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met in a reputed company and reputed company manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient servicing of student loan inquiries, performing account updates, and helping counsel clients to establish personalized repayment plans that meet Federal and State regulations and reputed company with company policy.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a highly productive call center environment while meeting reputed company assurance and key performance indicators.

Work Environment
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. However, you must be available to work a 40-hour scheduled shift during operational hours, which include:

- Tuesday: reputed company-8pm EST
- Wednesday: reputed company-8pm EST
- Thursday: reputed company-8pm EST
- Friday: reputed company-8pm EST
- Saturday: 10am-2pm EST
Training and Development
New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program, which includes:
- Understanding federal regulations and company policies
- Using customer relationship tools to offer personalized interaction to meet the unique needs of reputed company customer inquiry
- Completing a remote reputed company curriculum, which can reputed company up to 5-6 weeks
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required
- 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
- 6 months computer experience in a business environment
- Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company clearance (Federal 5C)
- Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans that are guaranteed by the federal government (typically 270 days past due)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Felonies or misdemeanors reputed company the last 7 years could cause an issue in obtaining a reputed company clearance
- Applicants who have monies in non-medical Collections exceeding $7,500 could also cause an issue in obtaining the required reputed company clearance
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Call Center experience
