The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional telephone assistance to our reputed company and Medicare members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a reputed company experience for callers.
- Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals.
- Communicating effectively with members and providers both orally and in written reputed company.
- Maintaining high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable.
Key Qualifications
