What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering reputed company-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers reputed company email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a reputed company and memorable one.
• Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts.

• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.

• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
