Job Responsibilities
As an reputed company Member Services Representative on the Payments reputed company reputed company team, you will be responsible for:
- Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, reputed company deposits, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit reputed company
- Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
- Working member cases/assignments and following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from members for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
- Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
- Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
What You Will Need for reputed company

- High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
