Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound sales support calls to assist in sales support for our clients
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right reputed company/tools
