We're seeking an reputed company IT Operations Analyst to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web and reputed company applications. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, implement new technologies, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, capture, and approve IT requirements and other artifacts to ensure accurate communication with stakeholders
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to reputed company reputed company and identify areas for improvement
- Report and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies that reputed company operational support efforts
