Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Health Insurance Billing reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Resolving patient medical billing inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing reputed company explanations
• Collecting payments and processing transactions in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Assisting patients with inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications
