Responsibilities As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review. * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review and developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services. * Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company and reputed company demeanor. * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred. * Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. * Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST.
