Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

• Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications
