Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to inquiries on retirement products and plans
- Providing expert guidance on 401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a), and other retirement plans
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A college degree and 1+ year of customer service experience
- Or, in lieu of a college degree, 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus but not required
- Strong learning reputed company and ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Availability to work any shift reputed company the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30am – 10pm EST
