Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reputed company, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts).
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Utilizing computer navigation skills to reputed company and update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, including attendance, break, and lunch requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Prior call center experience, with a strong reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service.
* Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and schedules.
* Strong computer navigation skills, including typing (35-40 WPM) and data entry.
* Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
