Key Responsibilities
As a Specialty Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer issues utilizing various platforms such as phone, email, chat, or reputed company media
- Providing reputed company-thinking solutions for shipment issues, leading to reputed company customer interactions
- Utilizing interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate reputed company in handling difficult interactions
- Performing other duties as assigned
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, which means you'll have reputed company to work from home and in our office in Lakeland, FL. You'll alternate between working onsite and remotely from your home for training, meetings, coaching sessions, and as directed. To ensure your reputed company in this role, you'll need to have reputed company to wired, high-speed internet service with a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps through a fiber, cable, or DSL provider (fiber or cable preferred). You'll also need to have a dedicated, secure home workspace free from background noise or other distractions.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Personal computer (PC) ability
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are considered a plus:
- Customer Service Call Center knowledge and/or experience
- General computer skills (ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficiency in multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
