About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join reputed company for approximately 6 months, from March to September. This part-time position (20-29 hours/week) will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-level customer service, educating customers on the use of our products and services, and recommending solutions to meet their needs
• Handling high-volume incoming calls and conducting follow-up calls to customers with recent completed service requests or calls
• Working with customers to sign up for new service and resolving basic billing issues
• Upselling products and services to meet customer needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
