Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Honey Springs Battlefield, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests reputed company and providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with their needs during their visit
• Answering and directing phone calls, processing information requests accurately, and responding to visitor inquiries
