About Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in expanding our contact center support and working directly with customers. You'll require significant time on the phone, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a reputed company and empathetic demeanor. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we need someone who can reputed company accurate and helpful information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
