You'll be responsible for: * Responding and resolving customer inquiries, including negotiating payment plans, answering billing questions, initiating service orders, and taking reports of outages * Educating customers about our processes, policies, and customer tools * Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches * Training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role * Mandatory overtime and on-call responsibilities to meet service level goals Qualifications We're looking for individuals who enjoy a challenge and are eager to reputed company.
