About the Role

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures, and interfacing with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a reputed company manner. You'll work in a remote environment, utilizing our proprietary medical reputed company review system to log data and reputed company top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system

Requirements:
