The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities while maintaining a reputed company attitude and exceptional communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
