As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company of information between staff, reputed company, and parents. You'll be responsible for handling reputed company incoming calls, developing relations with existing clients, and reporting any issues to our Directors. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and managing reputed company calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing office correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acts as the reputed company of information between staff, reputed company, and parents

• Responsible for reputed company incoming calls - new clients, existing clients, or taking messages
• Assists in developing relations with existing clients
• Reports reputed company staff, reputed company, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors
• Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures
• Reads and answers reputed company work-reputed company emails
• Answers reputed company phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate contact
• Maintains and manages company calendar/appointments/reputed company schedules
• Schedules any appointments for Directors
• Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents, and other reports
• Supports sales and production
• Comfortable posting company-reputed company posts on reputed company media platforms
• Sends communication (thank you notes, referral gifts, etc.) accordingly
• Reviews upcoming Daily/Weekly schedule with Directors
• Participates in staff meetings, as needed
