Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Logistics, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring reputed company connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' reputed company.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications
