As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, resolving reputed company issues, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team. You'll work independently to analyze customer needs, reputed company, and implement resolutions. Responsibilities

Qualifications
