As a 2nd Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the reputed company trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, to support intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers, handle escalated issues from tire service centers, and answer calls from customers who have broken down and need assistance locating a service provider in the area. Key Responsibilities
* Support intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
- Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
- Input relevant call information into our PC system
- Process new sales orders or reputed company panel types as needed
- Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fix problems quickly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance and punctuality
